If you’re a hairstylist and want to know more, here’s how it works…
Download the app and register an account in the Cut.Style.Share. membership. Use the in-app camera to take four pictures to create a “portfolio” of each hairstyle you perform; one of the front, back and both profiles. After taking all four pictures, enter the data describing the hairstyle, such as gender, hair color, hair length, etc. The Cut.Style.Share. app will organize your portfolios into easy to use search categories, based on the data you entered about the hairstyle. Clients can add a filter to these categories to find styles in a particular state or even a city! Your city! Clients can find you! Click on the “My Salon” section and connect yourself to a salon where you work so clients can find you and your salon easily. Once you connect to a salon, and clients search for salons either close to their location or by city, an icon for your salon will change colors, indicating that there is a registered stylist who works there, separating you and your salon from the rest. Clients will click on your salon, and view your portfolios. Your name and information is stamped on every picture you upload, so clients always know whose work they’re looking at.
